OUR PURPOSE

We believe our students are future leaders, researchers, and business owners. The Education Foundation aims to help these students achieve their dreams through making a college education affordable to them.

The educators at Brownsboro ISD go above and beyond to make learning both fun and interactive for their students. However, funding is not always available for these innovative projects. In those situations, the Education Foundation offers grants to our educators in order to help create the best learning environment for our students.

This morning, we were honored to host breakfast for our new teachers at the Fine Arts Center. We loved getting to welcome these educators, share a little about who we are as the Brownsboro ISD Education Foundation, and talk about how we support the students and staff of Brownsboro ISD.

We hope this is a GREAT first year and the beginning of an incredible journey in Bear Nation! We’re excited to see the impact you’ll make in the lives of our students and our community.

Last week, we recognized our final student of the week for the 2025-2026 school year!

The Intermediate Student of the Week was CIS 4th grader Christopher Torres! 🐻👏

"Christopher is a wonderful example of what it means to be a positive member of our school community. He is sweet, hardworking, and always puts forth his best effort in everything he does. Christopher consistently shows kindness and responsibility, not only in the classroom, but around the school as well. Christopher’s strong work ethic, and positive attitude do not go unnoticed!"

The Elementary Student of the Week was CES Kindergartener Blakely Sailer! 🐻👏

"Blakely is an amazing little girl. She not only works hard in class, but is also friendly and kind to everyone. She has a friend in her class that needs some extra help sometimes, and she is always eager to help him with whatever he may need. Blakely is kind, responsible, a hard worker and such a good friend!"

This week's Secondary Student of the Week is BJH 7th grader Aubrye Barron! 🐻👏

"Aubrye shows great leadership skills in all areas at school. She is always willing to help others and leads by example. I'm so excited to watch her continue to grow as a student in the years to come!"

This week's Intermediate Student of the Week is BIS 6th grader Judson Hand! 🐻👏

"Judson is a kind and caring kid. In math class a couple weeks ago, they were getting into groups and Judson overheard a student in the class, who doesn't always get along with some of the others, ask the teacher whose group they were going to be in. Judson told the teacher he'd like to be that student's partner during the class period if that was alright with everyone. It was so kind of Judson to step up and offer to work with that student. I wish all were like him!"

This week's Elementary Student of the Week is BES Pre-K student, Madox Justice! 🐻👏

"Madox is a kind, loving soul. He has never been on "red" for behavior this whole school year. He always tries his best! Madox is sweet to everyone, and a joy to have in the classroom!"

"Recently, both of these students jumped into action when students on an afternoon bus route had to unexpectedly transfer to another bus. These young men were instrumental in assisting all the younger students on remaining calm, aided them in evacuating the bus, and took responsibility in a stressful situation without having to be asked to. "
